We have a new minister in 2017!

Fr. Bob Gresser grew up near Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is a committed Packers fan. He loves model railroading and international food. He served eight years in the Marine Corps and Coast Guard then attended Moody Bible Institute and Yale University Divinity School. After ministering as a hospital chaplain for one year, Fr. Bob reentered the military, serving as an Army Chaplain until his retirement in 2015. Fr. Bob served two tours in Iraq and is a graduate of the Command and General Staff College.

Fr. Bob is married to the former Traci Hoyt of Escondido, California. Traci and Bob have been excitedly married for 32 years.  Traci loves exploring new places, historical and in nature, as well as finding thrift store treasures, and going on field trips that make homeschool come alive. They have four children, three with special needs by adoption, and one grandson.

Since retirement, Fr. Bob has earned a Master of Sacred Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and is working toward a Ph.D. in Old Testament. He and the family served in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia during the summer of 2016 training future church leaders and working with special needs families.
